What this covers

This page covers classbase.ai, the Classbase website. The Classbase product has its own data agreement with each customer.

What we collect

When you book a demo, we collect what you type into the form: your name, work email, mobile number, organisation, role, the kind of organisation, roughly how many learners you train and your message.

With the form we also send where your visit came from: campaign tags in the link (utm_ fields), the referring site, and the page you were on. We keep this in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab. The site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers.

Why, and where it goes

We use your details only to answer your request: to book the demo, prepare it and follow up about Classbase. They are stored in Circlebase, the customer relationship tool our team uses.

The website is served by Cloudflare. If the form shows a Cloudflare Turnstile check, Cloudflare processes it to tell people from bots. We never sell your details.

How long, and your rights

We keep demo requests while we are in touch about Classbase, and delete them when you ask. Under Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law you can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent.
